- •Adapt workout intensity based on your performance feedback

Analytics and Research
We use RevenueCat for subscription analytics, Supabase for backend services, and Meta (Facebook) for marketing analytics. These tools may collect anonymized or pseudonymized data to help us understand app usage patterns and optimize marketing campaigns.
